The Livery Stables will help prepare and organize all things EVENT!


Services Provided: 

Staff member(s) will set up for the event, manage event, and do all clean up for event.

The Livery Stables suggest having a Wedding Coordinator for the organization and implantation of your wedding plan for the day.  


Description:

Friday: 12 pm – 11:30 pm 

The venue is all yours! It is a great time to help with décor design, or rehearsal & rehearsal dinner


Saturday 8 am – 11:30 pm

Venue, Tables, and Chairs up to 200 Max, Linens, Runners, full access to all available linen options. Large Bridal Space and Groom space available on property!  Also, will have a preparation station with refrigerator and professional sink, serving platters, cake stands, serving utensils, drink disposer, baskets, ice containers, and much more!  


Client will be assigned a wedding design coordinator to help prepare and plan their event and be available through-out the process. Will have up to 3 design/décor appointment to plan your beautiful wedding!   


We would coordinate with outside vendors (photographer, caterer, bakery and DJ) to make sure all vendor has a simple delivery or set up time.  

$4,500.00 per weekend *plus tax
