What is the minimum guest count for events at the Livery Stables?

We don’t have a minimum guest count, so your event can be as intimate or as grand as you'd like! Our venue can accommodate up to 200 guests comfortably.

How long can I rent The Livery Stables for?

We require a minimum rental period of two hours, with the option to add more time on a pro-rata basis. You can book the venue any day of the week, and we’ll work with you to find the best time that fits your event schedule and any prior bookings.

What is included with an event at The Livery Stables?

Your rental at the Livery Stables includes house tables, house chairs, adjustable lighting with dimmers for a customized ambiance, and a PA system equipped with Bluetooth, Aux, CD player, and a wireless microphone. These essentials will set the stage for a seamless event!

Are outside vendors allowed?

Yes, outside vendors are welcome at the Livery Stables! Vendors such as cake and specialty dessert providers, catering, and transportation services must provide proof of licensing and insurance. However, certain vendors—including hair and makeup artists, DJs or bands, photographers, videographers, florists, and photobooth providers—do not need to submit licensing or insurance. This allows you the flexibility to bring in your preferred vendors for a personalized event!

Can I have a bartender at my event?

Yes, bartenders are allowed at your event! All bartenders must be licensed, with proof of licensing and insurance provided to us in advance. Additionally, all bartending arrangements must be approved by the Livery Stables before the event, and you may be required to use our approved bartending services to ensure a smooth and safe experience for your guests.
